Finale

It’s worth noting that Baxter Holmes of ESPN, who tracks the impact of tiredness and schedule disadvantages throughout the season, has highlighted this game as one where the Bucks are at a significant disadvantage.

"“This marks the second of a back-to-back set for the Bucks, who hosted the Thunder on Tuesday before (on Halloween, no less) flying east to Charlotte on the same night … and losing an hour in the process. It’s also the Bucks’ third game in four days. The Hornets will enter the game with a one-day rest advantage.”"

It would be hard to feel all that inspired following Tuesday’s drubbing to the Thunder without those extra factors, but to pile on the misery, the Hornets will offer more of what caused the Bucks problems on Halloween night.

That game got away from Milwaukee early as they had no answers to Steven Adams’ force and impact inside, and in this game (and later in the week against Detroit) they face a player capable of a similar influence.

The Bucks’ resolve and stamina will be severely tested in this one.

(Note: Predictions were made at the start of the week and this author, along with some of his colleagues I’m sure, doesn’t feel quite as good about his now)
