13. Mirza Teletovic

What he provides

Mirza Teletovic is a classic stretch four. Teletovic is an elite three-point shooter, particularly for the power forward position, where he provides spacing from the frontcourt that few other players offer.

Unfortunately for Teletovic, there is not much to his game outside of the three-point shooting. Offensively, Teletovic doesn’t create any offense off the dribble, doesn’t create for others, and has no real postgame to speak of. On the defensive end, Teletovic often struggles due to his lack of athleticism and can be a liability at times.

Contract Situation

Just like the others ranked below him, Teletovic’s trade value is hurt more by his contract than his actual play. Teletovic’s contract costs $10.5 million per season over the next two years.

Potential Suitors

After the current season, Teletovic will be an expiring contract and should be easier to move if they so choose. With all three players’ contributions amounting to similar impacts, one less year on a bloated contract makes Mirza Teletovic easier to deal than the two previous players on this list.

This opens up the possibilities for Teletovic. Teams that would be willing to trade for him would still require significant cap space, but would not be required to be undergoing a massive overhaul.
