Milwaukee Bucks: Takeaways from 113-107 win over Phoenix Suns

As Wednesday night was all about Bledsoe’s return to Phoenix, Khris Middleton made his best impression with a gutsy headlining performance of his own.
The six-year veteran scored 40 points on 14-of-26 shooting from the field (3-of-9 from deep), corralled in nine rebounds, dished out three assists, grabbed four steals, registered three turnovers and was a +8.
Middleton was dialed in to start the game as he was locked in shooting the ball, shaking and baking his defender to hit off balanced mid-range jumpers. The Texas A&M product even crossed a rare frontier as he slammed home a pair of running one-handed dunks over the course of the night.
While his three ball was lacking with the increased focus and pressure on him with Antetokounmpo on the sidelines, Middleton made up for it in his multiple trips to the line as he went 9-of-11 from the charity stripe.
Scoring 40 (or more) for the second time this season, the Bucks leaned on Middleton heavily to pull out the victory last night and he delivered.
