Major key for Houston – Limit the supporting cast

If the Bucks play like they have done over the past couple of weeks, the Rockets will have it easy as some of Milwaukee’s supporting cast have already been doing an excellent job of limiting themselves.

The Rockets aren’t going to be afraid of a big game from Giannis Antetokounmpo, as they have the star power to match his contributions between Chris Paul and James Harden. Friday night’s Bucks’ loss was evidence that lesser teams can even overcome Milwaukee on nights when they receive big contributions from Giannis and Khris Middleton.

Houston have been much better than most expected defensively this season, while they also possess the firepower required to blow out almost any team in the NBA.

If the Bucks can’t get five players or more scoring in double digits, it’s unlikely that they’ll be close enough to even threaten the Rockets late in the game.

As long as the Rockets keep players like Malcolm Brogdon and John Henson from having offensive explosions, they’ll have put themselves in a strong position to win.
