Welcome to Snell’s Kitchen

Always the sign of a good night for the Bucks if he does well, Tony Snell was a man on fire at one point in time on Friday night against the Thunder.

Sniping away from long range as he is prone to do, the 26-year-old made the Thunder pay throughout the first half as they were often slow to shut down any space he had when the ball came his way in the game’s first 24 minutes.

In addition to that, Snell had the unenviable task of having to check Thunder guard and reigning MVP Russell Westbrook for major stretches of the game, in which he did the best he could to slow him down for some moments, considering the circumstances.

In total, the former Lobo scored 15 points on 5-of-11 shooting from the field (4-of-10 from beyond the arc), hauled in four rebounds, grabbed two steals and was a +5 on the night.

Considering he stayed in the game after being crunched by Giannis Antetokounmpo following a vicious block attempt late in the first half, it was good to see Snell bounce back after a quieter game the previous night and more importantly, not have any lingering knocks or injury troubles.
