Head Coach

D. This wasn’t the worst the Bucks have played overall throughout the season, but it was the worst they’ve played in any single quarter.
Rather than that being attributable to any once-off mistake, the bigger concern has to be that it came from strategies that could have paid off for the Raptors at any point over their current five game winning streak against the Bucks.

Dwane Casey isn’t the best coach in the NBA by any means, but in games against the Bucks he has shown a continued ability to make adjustments and find different weaknesses his team can exploit from game to game.

Rather than having a counter of their own in store, Jason Kidd and his staff just keep having to absorb the damage.

Perhaps that was the worst part of Friday’s defeat too, in spite of knowing the Raptors better than arguably any opponent in the league at this point, when they started to pull away in the third period, Milwaukee looked completely devoid of ideas.
.
