Milwaukee Bucks. JABARI PARKER. A-. As gradual of a process as it has been since he returned from his second ACL injury over three weeks ago, Sunday afternoon felt like a big breakthrough in the fourth-year forward’s ongoing comeback to the court. Parker was aggressive, forceful and incredibly sharp powering his way to the bucket all game long, showcasing his downhill attacking to the level of where he looked pre-injury. While he was a little erratic in stretching his range in moments, he managed to knock down a couple of treys, all making up his season-high 18 points. Doing all that within his longest run of the season so far by playing just over 24 minutes, Parker’s outing against the Pelicans was a shining takeaway in the Bucks’ defeat.. Forward

THON MAKER. C-. On the day of his 21st birthday, Maker’s outing versus the Pelicans was more nondescript compared to his performance against the Toronto Raptors in the Bucks’ return from the All-Star break. With that said, the Sudanese native didn’t actively hurt the Bucks all that much either, though Joe Prunty was quick to prevent that after seeing that Maker couldn’t limit Pelicans’ perennial All-Star, Anthony Davis, in any capacity in the opening minutes of the fourth quarter..
