Milwaukee Bucks Game Preview: March 17 vs Atlanta Hawks

Major key for Atlanta – Move the ball and play unselfishly
Passing has been one of the key components of Atlanta’s play since Mike Budenholzer took over as head coach back in 2013, and that certainly hasn’t changed in this rebuilding season.
The Hawks remain right among the league’s most frequent and purposeful passing teams, giving them a good chance to find high quality looks regardless of the talent deficit they generally face on a night to night basis.
For the season to date, the Hawks rank second in terms of passes made per game, with their mark of 332 dramatically surpassing the Bucks’ 283.5 passes a night.
Atlanta is also a top-10 assists team, which acts as evidence of how well they can also use those passes. The Hawks are eighth in assists with a mark of 23.8 dimes per game.
As the Bucks’ offense will likely stagnate time and again on the other end, expect no such problems for the Hawks. They’ll get plenty of great looks, particularly if the Bucks defend as they did last time out against the Magic.
