Milwaukee Bucks. JOE PRUNTY. C. It’s hard to put your finger on the problem for these Bucks and their struggles to start the game like a normal NBA team. It’s become clear that Joe Prunty finds that task difficult as well. Despite the clearly inferior opponent, the Bucks still came out flat in the opening quarter.

Even though Milwaukee managed to win the game by a convincing margin, the Bulls were very much alive throughout the near majority of the contest. Prunty wasn’t taking the opponent for granted, however. Eric Bledsoe quickly picked up two fouls in the first, and was promptly replaced by Brandon Jennings. When Bledsoe came back in and picked up his third, he was back to the bench right away.

An effort to put the players who were performing on the floor was evident, based upon the minutes given to a struggling Sterling Brown, and an aggressive Shabazz Muhammad. The end result was the desired outcome. A victory. But the familiar issues plaguing the Milwaukee Bucks are still apparent as they have been the past few seasons. Defensive breakdown after defensive breakdown. The Bucks were simply able to put up points on Friday, and limit turnovers. Those two things aren’t going to be there every game, and when that happens there isn’t a defense to dig deep with and survive until you figure it out.
. Head Coach
