Must be the money

Continuing his stellar month of March, Khris Middleton played the part of Robin to Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Batman in the Bucks’ win over the Warriors on Thursday night.

Middleton got off to a hot start of his own by sinking shots from both inside and outside the arc in his usual methodical fashion.

However, it would be some time for Middleton to pick up his scoring pace, especially after suffering a bit of an injury scare in the opening couple of minutes in the second quarter. But Middleton entered back into the game a few minutes later and resumed his scoring performance in the second half from his favored spots on the floor once again.

All in all, Middleton posted 23 points on 9-of-17 shooting from the field (3-of-4 from deep), three rebounds, three steals, three turnovers, two assists and was a +10 in nearly 38 and a half minutes of action.

After the game, Middleton revealed to Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he had hyperextended his knee, which he wasn’t feeling any effects of after fighting through and ultimately finishing the game.

Hopefully, that holds true in the morning for his health and also not to disrupt the form he’s been in as of late.
