Say it ain’t ‘Soe

Rounding out what used to be a once heralded Marquee Three outing, Eric Bledsoe helped tie everything together for the Bucks on Thursday night in their win over the Warriors.

It was a bit of a slow burn for the Kentucky product to start out the night and it wasn’t until the 3:35 mark of the second quarter until Bledsoe scored his bucket of the night. Once he was finally able to break through that, however, Bledsoe poured it on, specifically in the third quarter as he scored the bulk of his scoring output for the night in the period (11).

Coupling all of that with a solid defensive performance, Bledsoe finished with one of his better two-way performances in recent memory, all things considered.

When it was all said and done, Bledsoe put up 20 points on 9-of-11 shooting from the field (1-of-2 from long range), six assists, three rebounds as well as three steals, two turnovers, one block and was a +15 in just over 31 minutes of run.

As erratic as his play has often been throughout the month of March and since coming to Milwaukee overall, it’s important to recognize solid Bledsoe performances when they happen, especially since you never know when it will happen again to that effect. Acknowledge the wild card, Bucks fans.
