Milwaukee Bucks. JOE PRUNTY. D+. Joe Prunty’s lineups continue to confuse. To be fair, Milwaukee is dealing with their fair share of injuries, but we continue to see pairings sent out onto the floor the just aren’t working. What’s worse is that there isn’t really an underlying reason why they need to figure it out and become functioning lineups.
Giannis Antetokounmpo needs help. An armchair analysis if there ever was one. But it’s difficult to imagine sending him out there with Jason Terry, Shabazz Muhammad, Brandon Jennings, and Jabari Parker and to see prolonged positive results. It’s made for some ugly basketball, and these lineups came during moments when the Bucks had their foot on their opponent’s throat. Just a few more strong offensive possessions may have sucked the will to play out of the Lakers, but they kept fighting and erased the 20-point deficit in front of them.

We’re reaching points where it feels like that they are just seeing what they can get away with and for long.
