Major key for Milwaukee – Capitalize on turnovers

Although turnovers have become an increasingly significant issue for the Bucks as the season has gone on, the Nuggets have been rooted toward the bottom of the league in that particular category throughout the year.

The Nuggets’ 15.1 turnovers per game ranks 25th in the NBA, which although far from ideal in its own right isn’t quite as problematic as how easily those turnovers equate to points for their opponents.

Denver allows 18.6 points per game off turnovers, which stands as the third worst mark in all of the NBA.

To counter that, the Bucks are generally clinical when it comes to scoring off turnovers. Only the Thunder score more points per game than the Bucks do from turnovers, as Milwaukee picks up an  average of 18.3 points a night in that fashion.

The Bucks have the personnel required to take advantage of any Nuggets’ sloppiness, and if they hope to win this game, it will likely be needed to make up for some of their own weaknesses.
