Continuing his recent good play, on a night when two of Milwaukee’s most talented offensive players struggled, Khris Middleton at least held up his end of the bargain for the Bucks. Middleton, like all of his teammates, was occasionally caught out defensively in terms of rotating to Brooklyn’s shooters, but on offense he was locked in. Middleton finished with 31 points on 9-of-14 from the field and 2-of-3 from deep, while also adding in four rebounds, three assists and two steals.. Forward. Milwaukee Bucks. KHRIS MIDDLETON. A-

GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO. C. Giannis Antetokounmpo chipped in across the box score, as he does on a nightly basis, but his inefficiency on the offensive end cost his team on this occasion. Antetokounmpo finished with an uncharacteristic shooting performance of 7-of-21, while the Bucks struggled to make any positive impact during their best player’s time on the floor on Thursday. A line of 19 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and four steals sure sounds impressive, but Antetokounmpo wasn’t quite able to do what was needed for a Bucks win on this occasion.. Forward.
