The presidential potential

Playing in his second game back after returning from a partially torn left quadriceps tendon, Malcolm Brogdon flashed glimpses of his early season form on Wednesday night against the Sixers.

In over 18 minutes of action, Brogdon finished with 13 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field (3-of-5 from three), two rebounds as well as two assists, one turnover and was a -14 for the night.

Although the bulk of his action came when the game was well out of hand, Brogdon didn’t show any signs of slippage as he put in a productive night, especially on the offensive end.

As he has throughout points in the season, Brogdon was knocking down jumpers off the dribble from beyond the arc, an area of his game that he’s clearly improved since acclimating to the league over the last two years.

Combine that will his all purpose play, the idea of Brogdon hitting his stride shortly after returning from injury would do wonders for a Bucks team that needs some semblance of consistency heading into the playoffs.
