Starters

D. Eric Bledsoe chased his awful Game 1 performance with a pretty bad Game 2 performance. He didn’t foul out, and he only had one turnover, compared to five in Game 1, but his inability to score effectively or contain Terry Rozier was on full display. Just 12 points on 13 shots isn’t good enough for someone who is supposed to be the Bucks’ third best player. And allowing Rozier to go for 23 points and have no turnovers is unacceptable.. Guard. Milwaukee Bucks. ERIC BLEDSOE

D. Tony Snell isn’t expected to do much besides hit open shots and defend, but he’s really taking his passive role to a new level in this series. After scoring two points on Tuesday night, he has raised his scoring total in the series to four. He’ll make the right play most of the time, and defends reasonably well, but he shares some of the blame for allowing the Celtics to hang 120 on them.. Guard. Milwaukee Bucks. TONY SNELL

B+. Khris Middleton stayed hot in Game 2, and the Bucks desperately needed it. He went for 25 points on 10-14 shooting, including 4-6 from three, although just 1-4 from the line. Unfortunately, his three turnovers and 5 fouls limited his effectiveness. There is no doubt that the Bucks needed another player to step up besides Giannis, and Khris has been that guy so far this post-season, easily outplaying his regular season self. He has looked more focused on defense than he had during the regular season, and his shots are going in at a very high rate.. Forward. Milwaukee Bucks. KHRIS MIDDLETON

A-. If the Bucks end up losing this series, as most teams who are down 0-2 do, Giannis can know that he left it all on the floor. With a defense bent on stopping him, he has plowed through defenders to find shots at the rim and open teammates time and time again. With 30 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists on the night, his near triple-double was the only reason the Bucks stood any chance in the game. His downfall on the night was his poor free throw shooting, just 4-9, which may have been affected by the L2M report on Game 1, where he was repeatedly called out for taking longer than 10 seconds to shoot.. Forward. Milwaukee Bucks. GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO

B+. Is playoff John Henson a thing? While his block numbers went down some, Henson was once again effective in his scoring opportunities, and nailed 6-7 shots for 12 points, tied for third on the team. His three defensive rebounds is problematic for a team that gave up nine offensive rebounds, but he also helped with gathering three offensive boards of his own. John Henson isn’t asked to do very much, but he has made the most of his role here so far in the playoffs, and has now had two straight games with 37 minutes played.. Center. Milwaukee Bucks. JOHN HENSON
