Bench

C+. Malcolm Brogdon couldn’t keep up with his great Game 1 performance, and in a night where the Celtics won the turnover battle 15-5, Brogdon was the most guilty party with four turnovers of his own. He sank five of his seven shots to score 10 points, but the Bucks really struggled in his 19 minutes on the floor. He had zero assists, which is problematic for a point guard, even if he does play off-ball and leave creation to others.. Guard. Milwaukee Bucks. MALCOLM BROGDON

F. Jabari Parker is unplayable for the rest of this series. He came out on Tuesday night with no desire to play hard, playing way too reserved, and completely clueless on defense. His lapses cost the Bucks dearly, and in his 10 minutes on the floor he was targeted time and time again. He contributed nothing offensively, no points, no assists, and his continued apathy towards collecting rebounds is painful to watch. The most condemning piece of evidence is that Shabazz Muhammad, who was cut by the Timberwolves earlier in the season, before joining the Bucks, started taking some of Jabari’s minutes, and played much better (not well, mind you, but still better than Jabari). In all, Jabari should be very concerned about his upcoming restricted free agency.. Forward. Milwaukee Bucks. JABARI PARKER

B-. After getting a DNP-CD in the first game, Shabazz Muhammad was effective in his 12 minutes for the Bucks. He scored relatively efficiently, with 11 points on eight shots, and importantly had no turnovers. His problems with vision and assisting continued, with no assists. Defense and rebounding were also struggles, as he has never been known for either. Still, in a night the Bucks were desperate for scoring, he was one of just three bench players to score at all. It will be interesting to see if he gets more of Jabari’s or Snell’s minutes in Game 3.. Forward. Milwaukee Bucks. SHABAZZ MUHAMMAD

C+. Sterling Brown made his playoff debut last night, and scored four points in nine minutes, all in the fourth quarter. The only Buck besides Muhammad and Brogdon to score any points off the bench, his contributions were welcome, even if limited. Ultimately he ended up staying in the game. While Dellavedova and Terry were scoreless and shotless in their 10 combined minutes, Brown picked up the guard play for the bench squad. For whatever it’s worth, he and Snell were the only Bucks who didn’t commit a turnover outside of garbage time.. Guard. Milwaukee Bucks. STERLING BROWN

Center. Milwaukee Bucks. TYLER ZELLER. D-. There’s very little to say about Zeller’s performance. He played six minutes, taking over for Henson in the first and second quarter. Ultimately, his only contributions were two rebounds, a turnover, and a foul. With how relatively well Henson is playing, as well as Giannis spending time at center, it’s reasonable to expect that Zeller’s minutes will continue to be low.
