Milwaukee Bucks Game 3 Preview: April 20 vs Boston Celtics
By Adam McGee
Major key for Boston – Make the Bucks work for success
All things considered, the Celtics have been as good as anybody could have asked them to be so far in this series.
Not only has the Boston defense often looked just as effective as it did in the regular season, but Brad Stevens’ team are also finding a way to function without Kyrie Irving on the offensive end.
Beyond anything, the secret to that success has come in exploiting the weaknesses that Milwaukee present them with, and avoiding any spells that could potentially gift the Bucks a win out of nowhere.
The Celtics are gritty, they’re tough, they’re well-coached, and perhaps most importantly they’re consistent. If Boston can continue in that same vein, and beg the question of whether the Bucks have it in them to go out and secure a win off their own bat, they’ll likely be rewarded.
There’s no reason to believe the Celtics are set to let up any time soon, but if the Bucks can be forced into having to prove they can win a game in this series, even with a potentially noisy Bradley Center as the setting, Boston will have to feel good about their chances of coming out on top.
