Donte DiVincenzo

The 17th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, we’ll get our first official look at Donte DiVincenzo in game action while wearing a Bucks uniform during Summer League.

As is often the case with any personnel move the Bucks make, DiVincenzo’s selection generated plenty of reaction from fans on draft night. In the time since the pick, we’ve heard from both Bucks general manager Jon Horst and new head coach Mike Budenholzer regarding what drew them in to taking the Villanova man with where they are currently in their timeline.

Likewise, DiVincenzo has said all the right things in terms of wanting to simply fit alongside the Bucks’ cornerstones like superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton when his number is called by Coach Bud.

Beyond the Delaware native’s competitive nature, DiVincenzo’s complementary skill-set and well-rounded offensive game could potentially be a fine weapon for the Bucks to have off the bench in the years to come.

Considering all the talk of what he may bring to the Bucks either immediately or down the line, it’s time to see what DiVincenzo can do on the next level, although under Summer League circumstances obviously.
