You’ll shoot your eye out
Whether it was the early start time or the inconsistencies they’ve recently shown in this department, the three-point line wasn’t too kind for the Bucks throughout their win Tuesday afternoon.
On the day, the Bucks put up six made triples on their 32 attempts from beyond the arc, making that a 18.8 three-point percentage. That amount of three-point makes stands as the fewest for the Bucks in a single game this season.
By comparison, the Knicks didn’t fare much better from that level of the floor, considering they connected on just eight of their 28 three-point attempts throughout their loss.
At one point, the Bucks’ struggles from long range led to them missing 17 consecutive tries before second-year wing Sterling Brown broke their slump with a corner three at the 2:30 mark in the third quarter.
As Kane Pitman of The Pick and Roll noted following the game, it’s the first time the Bucks have won a game shooting below 20 percent from long distance since beating the Los Angeles Lakers on St. Patrick’s Day in March 2017 (that game may be best known for the kerfuffle between Greg Monroe and Nick Young).
The Milwaukee Bucks shot 6-32 from beyond the arc this afternoon, 18.8%. It was the first time since March 17, 2017, they've won a game shooting below 20% from three.

They had lost the last seven such games before today.
Either way, better shooting nights will certainly be in store for the Bucks because there’s literally nowhere to go but up from here.
