Part of the Eric Bledsoe experience is understanding there will be ups and downs, but Saturday night undoubtedly represented a major peak on that trajectory.

Bledsoe was aggressive and efficient throughout the game, leaving Orlando with no answers, and essentially driving Milwaukee on to victory.

The point guard scored a season-high 30 points, yet he did so in an effortless and efficient fashion that isn’t always a feature of his game. Bledsoe went 12-of-14 from the field, 2-of-3 from deep, and 4-of-5 from the charity stripe en route to his scoring high mark.

On the whole, Bledsoe has become increasingly prone to settling for ill-advised three-point jumpers, but on this occasion he did the majority of his work in the paint. Inside, Bledsoe’s speed, athleticism and finishing ability make him close to impossible to stop, and targeting D.J. Augustin from the first play of the night, the Bucks were eager to take advantage of that in this matchup.

Bledsoe was also locked in defensively, as he has been generally in recent weeks, while his stat-line was rounded out by seven rebounds, two assists, and importantly, no turnovers.

With this version of Bledsoe, the high-flying Bucks only become an even more terrifying prospect.
