December 19 – vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Speaking of Los Angeles, the Bucks will welcome the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday, December 19 for a 7pm CT tilt at Fiserv Forum, which will be broadcast on TNT.

It may seem like a lifetime ago, but the Lakers were at the center of one of the biggest transactions this summer when they traded quite the haul to acquire All-Star forward Anthony Davis in a blockbuster deal with the New Orleans Pelicans.

In doing so, the Lakers brought in a fitting star to have next to superstar LeBron James and an overhauled roster that will be helmed by Frank Vogel and a star-laden coaching staff. On that note, this will mark the return of former Bucks head coach Jason Kidd, who is the top assistant under Vogel.

Considering not only James, but Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo were both sidelined for the Lakers’ lone visit to Milwaukee last year, this looks to be a more highly anticipated matchup on paper.
