December 22 – vs. Indiana Pacers
Though the Bucks will have already played against the Indiana Pacers by the time December 22 rolls around, that night will mark a special occasion.
Of course, that Sunday evening tilt will serve as the homecoming for former Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon, who departed the organization via a sign-and-trade deal and stands as the biggest exit the Bucks had to deal with this offseason.
The 2017 NBA Rookie of the Year’s three-year run in Milwaukee was a very enjoyable one and he grew into a fan favorite, due to his dependability and well-rounded game, which was an ideal fit next to the Bucks’ core stars headlined by Antetokounmpo.
Now Brogdon will look to carry on as a focal point for the Pacers as they will likely continue to solider on without star guard Victor Oladipo, who’s still recovering from a ruptured quad tendon. While one more visit will follow on March 4, that chilly December night will serve as the perfect way for Bucks fans to welcome back the 26-year-old and thank him for his three great years with the Bucks.
