17. Cameron Reynolds – 2K20 Rating: 69
Only one Buck likely to start the season on the roster falls below a 70 rating, and that unfortunate distinction falls to two-way player Cameron Reynolds.
Reynolds’ relatively low rating isn’t all that surprising for a 24-year-old with only 19 NBA games played to date, but he certainly showed notable glimpses of talent during his stint with the Minnesota Timberwolves, as evidenced by the Bucks’ decision to sign him.
Chief among those tantalizing skills was Reynolds’ shooting touch, and at the very least that hasn’t gone unnoticed by the ratings masters at 2K.
The 3PT segment of Reynolds’ rating comes in at a lofty 83, which in fact makes him the second best long-range marksman for the Bucks in the game. In its own right, that gives him some real utility in 2K and may make him a lot more fun to play as than his 69 overall rating would necessarily suggest.
One important note is that Reynolds’ rating has improved significantly year on year, with his jump from a 66 throughout NBA 2K19 acting as a sign of his progress during that span.
