Milwaukee Bucks: NBA 2K20 ratings, progressions for every player
By Adam McGee
13. Donte DiVincenzo – 2K20 Rating: 72
After an injury-stricken rookie campaign that essentially equated to a red-shirt year and left it very difficult to get a handle on what Donte DiVincenzo is in the NBA, it’s no real surprise that his 2K20 rating stands out as one of the most interesting on the Bucks’ roster.
DiVincenzo started last year’s game with an identical rating, yet had tumbled down to a 70 overall by the time the season reached its end. In that regard, it certainly feels generous that he has climbed back up to begin the new season.
That sense will only be further heightened by a look at the two players ranked directly above him, with one even holding the same rating in spite of having achieved considerably more in an NBA context.
Perhaps DiVincenzo’s reputation from college still holds some sway, or maybe the 2K ratings team is just particularly bullish on the potential Bucks fans will be hoping to see from the Delaware native this year.
Either way, DiVincenzo’s below-average 2K20 3PT rating of 66 should act as something of a hard truth for those who are insistent on describing the former Villanova man as a shooter.
