12. D.J. Wilson – 2K20 Rating: 72

Considering the impact he had at times last season, D.J. Wilson certainly seems to be one of the most undervalued players on the Bucks’ roster in NBA 2K20.

Having said that, his role and his performance level did have its share of peaks and valleys last year, as was reflected in Wilson’s NBA 2K19 ratings progression over the course of the season. Having started last season’s entry as a 70, Wilson took a dramatic leap up to a 73 for a six-week spell in the middle of the season, before dropping back down to a 71 to close out the campaign.

With that in mind, a step back up to 72 in 2K20 is a positive for Wilson, but as it’s not even enough to separate him from DiVincenzo at this point, it certainly seems to be underselling the versatile big man’s current game.

Saying that, it’s not all bad for D.J. as the game is certainly being kind to him in the three-point stakes. A 3PT rating of 79 leaves Wilson just one point behind Brook Lopez in that category, and one ahead of his fellow big man Ersan Ilyasova. Wilson’s three-point shooting proving real enough for that to become an accurate reflection would be a very welcome development this season.
