Luke Maye

After going undrafted in this year’s draft, Luke Maye is set to start his professional career with the Herd this year.

The Bucks were quick to identify and add Maye to the organization following the draft this summer as they added the 22-year-old to their Summer League squad where he saw limited minutes throughout their run in Las Vegas. Despite that, Maye was the first player the Bucks added well ahead of their training camp ahead of the 2019-20 NBA season, bringing him on an Exhibit 10 deal.

Of course, Maye is best known for his time spent playing all four years at the University of North Carolina where he first came to the Tar Heels as a walk-on and eventually became an NCAA champion as well as ACC Most Improved Player following his junior season.

With the Tar Heels, Maye averaged 9.8 points on .460/.361/.675 shooting splits, 6.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists over his 141 total appearances across his four seasons in Chapel Hill.
