A. It was far from smooth sailing Tuesday night for Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer as he had to navigate his team through a tough, but decisive victory. Despite the Pelicans’ strong 3-point shooting throughout most of the first half, the Bucks’ defensive performance turned for the better without Budenholzer deviating from their tried and true drop defensive scheme. And with the Bucks’ starting unit carrying the load all throughout the night, as they accounted for 99 of their 120 total points, Budenholzer entrusted his mainstay starting group to finish out the job, along with the help of Pat Connaughton and Donte DiVincenzo sprinkled in there..
