Fighting through absences

As Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to adjust to the joys of fatherhood, the Bucks will again hope to maintain their immensely impressive record without him.

The Bucks are 5-0 without the MVP front runner, and have more generally done an excellent job of navigating injuries to key players without missing a beat either.

That also applies to how they’ve handled George Hill‘s current hamstring injury, as he’s set to miss his seventh consecutive game on Wednesday night.

Kyle Korver is also listed as out for the Bucks in this one, meaning Budenholzer will have to shuffle the usual shape of his rotation just a little bit more than he had already done in the team’s last outing.

Of course, if Eric Bledsoe, Khris Middleton, and Brook Lopez continue to step up to the level they have done in recent games, all of this will be rendered moot and the Bucks will likely rack up yet another win.

Considering the dominant nature of their victories in their two previous meetings with the Pacers this year, plus Indiana’s current form, you’d have to be either brave or foolish to bet against them.

The Bucks’ clash with the Indiana Pacers will tip-off at 6.30pm CT from Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Wednesday night.
