Milwaukee Bucks: 3 things to watch for in visit to Detroit Pistons
Looking at the season series
While it won’t be of much use to project how the Pistons will play against the Bucks this time around, given the wholesale changes they’ve made, we’ll briefly reflect on how the season series has gone so far between the two central division rivals.
The Bucks have taken the first two games against the Pistons, first with a 104-90 win on the home floor back on November 23 and then in a 127-103 victory at Little Caesars Arena back on December 4. That last victory was certainly a testy one that featured plenty of dust ups, most notably between Antetokounmpo and Griffin, as the Pistons tried to claw their way back into a game that never went their way.
Of course, there won’t be any sort of fracas or shenanigans going on with Griffin this time around and it’s admittedly hard to imagine the Pistons putting up such a fight, given the state of their roster and all of the chemistry they have to develop with what is left following a busy few weeks.
And both clubs will wrap up the season series with one another next month at March 23 at Fiserv Forum.
