When they last met

We have to go all the way back to November 2 when the Bucks and the Raptors first met each other this season.

Of course, that ended up being a 115-105 victory in favor of the Bucks, but that doesn’t tell the whole story of a Bucks team that was still trying to figure out their path before going on the historic run they’re enjoying at the moment. It was the work of superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo who powered his team to victory with 36 points on 20 shots, 15 rebounds, eight assists and four blocks in nearly 36 and a half minutes of run.

Antetokounmpo’s performance helped steer the Bucks to victory after they experienced another third quarter meltdown after Toronto dropped 40 points, thanks to the 3-point shooting outburst of Raptors guard Kyle Lowry as he scored 17 of his 36 points over the period.

Of course, the Bucks have learned from their early season mistakes by avoiding such lapses and giving up whopping quarters to their opponents as the season has moved along. And we’ll just have to see whether Antetokounmpo can deliver a similar performance, hopefully with a little more help this time around.
