Looking at the season series

The Bucks have a chance to take their season series with the Pacers after picking up two massive victories earlier in the season.

Milwaukee struck first with a pair of overwhelming victories over the Pacers, first on the road with a 102-83 victory, which came without Malcolm Brogdon in action for Indiana. Brogdon made his return to Milwaukee a month later, but the Bucks played rude hosts as they compiled a 117-89 rout back on December 22.

Of course, the Pacers got the most recent laugh after they beat the Bucks 118-111 in the final game before the All-Star break last month. That game was notable as that occurred during superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s paternity leave while Marvin Williams made his Bucks debut that night, eventually finishing with nine points, four rebounds and was a +20 in 20 minutes of burn off the bench.

Despite that slip-up, the Bucks have controlled the season series by picking up a pair of wins that have been custom with their season overall. And they’re in the driver’s seat to clinch it Wednesday night on their home floor.
