In a game where reigning league MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo uncharacteristically struggled, the rest of the supporting cast picked up the slack. Donte DiVincenzo specifically provided a vital spark off the bench as he had one of his best games of the season.

DiVincenzo finished the game with a then career-high 18 points, having shot 7-for-13 from the field, which included an impressive 4-for-6 from behind the arc. He concluded the game as the team’s third-leading scorer behind Khris Middleton‘s 27 and Eric Bledsoe‘s 24 points.

The guard also did not record a single turnover on the night, which helped solidify his career night offensively. Having impressed on the defensive end as well, DiVincenzo recorded three steals and added to his team-leading total.

DiVincenzo’s well balanced night came up significantly for the Bucks in the end as he showcased just what he can bring to the table on both sides of the ball.

The Bucks sealed a 127-106 victory in Sacramento behind a big night from the surrounding cast, and particularly an intriguing night from DiVincenzo. However, the guard’s career night did not retain that title for long, as No. 0 topped that performance a few days later in his second-best game of the season versus the Boston Celtics.
