11/25/19 vs. Utah Jazz
After the Utah Jazz defeated the Milwaukee Bucks on November 8, thanks to a Bojan Bogdanovic game-winner, the two teams faced off once again 17 days later. The Bucks had won seven straight games since their loss to the Jazz, and at that point in the season, no team had beaten the Milwaukee Bucks twice. With a big night from Antetokounmpo, he and the Bucks made sure it would stay that way.
It was another hard-fought battle between both teams, but ultimately Giannis Antetokounmpo’s season-high 50 points were too much for Utah. Giannis connected on 17-of-31 shots from the field, which included 3-for-8 from behind the arc in another offensive onslaught by the MVP. No. 34 received a significant boost from the free-throw line, where he added 13 points.
In addition to his 50 points, Giannis grabbed 14 rebounds and dished out six assists as he made sure to get his teammates involved. With two blocks added to his total, Antetokounmpo finished the game with a full stat sheet in just 39 minutes of action.
Surprisingly, Antetokounmpo finished the game without a single turnover and just one personal foul on the night, a perfect testament to his astounding night. The Bucks got their revenge on the Jazz with a 122-118 victory on their home floor as Antetokounmpo walked off the court with his best game of the season.
