Milwaukee Bucks: Player grades from 121-107 Game 3 win over Orlando Magic

A-. It was far from overwhelming, but Eric Bledsoe continues to enjoy a solid series against the Magic. Bledsoe did a little bit of everything throughout Game 3, eventually finishing with 14 points on nine shots, eight assists, five rebounds, four turnovers and three steals over 25-and-a-half minutes. Bledsoe’s defensive abilities have been on point as he’s made life rough for Magic guard Markelle Fultz in particular. And while his shot selection can certainly be questionable, seeing him knock down two triples and a couple of mid-rangers was a welcome sight to see. Cleaning up turnovers is necessary, but that problem isn’t exclusive to Bledsoe.. Guard. Milwaukee Bucks. ERIC BLEDSOE

A-. Between his three triples and pressuring many of the Magic’s wing scorers over his 24-and-a-half minutes on the floor, Wesley Matthews continues to play to his 3-and-D role with great success this season. No one on the Bucks’ roster comes close to matching the physical defending Matthews provides at the point of attack and seeing his shots fall as much as they have in this series has been excellent. KHRIS MIDDLETON. B. At long last, Khris Middleton has entered the proceedings. Scoring 17 points on 14 shots, Middleton matched his scoring output in the first two games of the series combined Saturday afternoon and his three triples in particular helped put his slow start on the day behind him. Middleton added in eight rebounds and six assists to give the Bucks another steadying presence on the ball, even if he did add in three turnovers. One can only hope this is the start of a turnaround for the two-time All-Star, but it won’t get any easier from here, both in this series and beyond.. Forward. Milwaukee Bucks

A+. It’s not that Giannis Antetokounmpo turned in one of his most electric performances of the season, but his Game 3 performance easily stands as his most transcendent playoff outing in his career. Scoring 35 points on 14 shots, going 2-for-3 from three and 9-for-12 from the free throw line, Antetokounmpo was simply unstoppable and finally cracked the code to the Magic’s walling up of him on defense. Chipping in 11 rebounds, seven assists, two steals and a block, Antetokounmpo’s fingerprints were all over the Bucks’ victory and as hard as it will be to top it, I wouldn’t put anything past Antetokounmpo at this point.. Milwaukee Bucks. BROOK LOPEZ. A-. Brook Lopez continues to be a steadying anchor to the Bucks’ play through these playoffs and Saturday was just the latest reminder of that. Lopez posted 16 points on 10 shots and connected on a couple of threes to add to the Bucks’ 3-point party. Lopez continues to be a solid lob or rolling target for the Bucks’ many playmakers and he’s feasted at the basket as a result. With six rebounds, two assists and a steal, Lopez provides some much needed balance to the Bucks, even as they continue to look more like themselves.. Center
