Milwaukee Bucks 2020 NBA Draft: 5 forwards to target with 24th overall pick
5 forwards for Milwaukee Bucks to target with 24th overall pick – Killian Tillie
For our final entry, Killian Tillie comes loaded with quite the case that goes on both sides of the spectrum.
By all accounts, Tillie has been considered a first round talent by various draft outlets, thanks to the size, shooting and versatility he offers on both sides of the ball. The complementary skill set he has fashioned while at Gonzaga University over the last four years, along with his productivity, left a lasting mark on the collegiate level.
So what’s the holdup? A lengthy list of injuries that Tillie suffered while In Spokane, some of which may be long-term issues as he takes the next step in basketball journey, have a cast quite the cloud over where he might fall in the draft on November 18. That is, if he’s even drafted at all.
Weighing the questions over Tillie’s long-term durability while seeing the polish of his skills and abilities has made for quite the dilemma at such a critical point in his career. As simplistic as it sounds, whoever ends up taking the plunge and selects Tillie gets a contributor who can potentially fill a role immediately. It’s just a matter of being on the floor regularly to see that happen.
