The Jeff Teague signing has been a falling trend for the Milwaukee Bucks

After finding his footing upon coming to the Bucks midway through the season, Jeff Teague’s time in Milwaukee has gone wayward a bit.

While Teague has missed time ere and there since getting acclimated to Milwaukee, his minutes have been spotty at times and the same goes for his scoring contributions. For example, the 46.4 percent 3-point shooting that Teague showcased while in Boston this year has plummeted as he’s 5-for-20 on threes since donning a Bucks uniform (small sample size alert).

Still, there are moments where Teague shows glimpses of his former self like when he gets downhill and breaks down his opposing defenders in one-on-one situations to put down a crafty lofting finish at the cup. And to his credit, Teague cracked double digits in the Bucks’ recent meetings with the Bulls and Wizards.

However, in order for Teague to be the backup ball handler that the Bucks need behind Jrue Holiday, he has to clean up his decision making a bit. With all of that considered, let’s see if we’ll have a more engaged Teague once the playoffs begin.
