How did Donte DiVincenzo and Pat Connaughton perform for the Milwaukee Bucks against the Heat?

Entering his first postseason with the Bucks as a full-time starter, Donte DiVincenzo’s series was cut short with a devastating foot injury suffered in Game 3. The injury will sideline the 23-year-old for the remainder of the playoffs, which is just disheartening news for the team and especially the young guard as it appeared that DiVincenzo had just started coming to in his role. Throughout his 70 minutes played during this series, the guard impacted the games with his hustle, hauling in 19 total rebounds, eight of them coming on the offensive end. That prolific rebounding proved to be a massive boost for the Bucks and it will be sorely missed moving forward. However, DiVincenzo struggled mightily on the offensive end to find any rhythm by scoring just eight points on 3-of-16 shooting from the floor, including 2-of-12 from long distance. While his role does not revolve around scoring, it was a terrible start for the team’s starting two-guard. With his season now over, we wish DiVincenzo a speedy recovery after such a promising year.. PAT CONNAUGHTON. C-. Pat Connaughton got the starting nod in Game 4 after DiVincenzo went down and he struggled to find a groove. Connaughton finished with just two points on 1-of-5 shooting from the floor, with all four of those misses coming from behind the arc. While scoring is certainly not the guard’s forte, it was just a rough shooting afternoon for Connaughton. Although he hauled in five rebounds, there was not much to take away from his 21 and a half minutes of action. If he continues to get the starting nod moving forward, hopefully he can turn things around when the next series begins.. SG. Milwaukee Bucks
