Sandro Mamukelashvili and Steven Enoch step up for the Milwaukee Bucks in Summer League loss

In addition to some flashy play from Kalaitzakis, the Bucks got some production from their big men to try and keep this game close.

The first was Sandro Mamukelashvili, who is seemingly developing into a fan favorite since the Bucks selected him 54th overall in the 2021 NBA Draft. While he was not overly aggressive with the basketball, Mamukelashvili looked solid offensively by scoring 10 points on 3-of-6 shooting. He would stay active on the glass by hauling in eight rebounds, three of which came offensively to keep the play alive. Defensively, the big man tallied a block and steal each to round out his second straight solid performance.

Steven Enoch, Milwaukee’s other big man, got meaningful minutes in this game, and he certainly took advantage. Playing just over 20 minutes, Enoch would finish with 15 points while hitting four of his five shots, including a triple. The big man added some extra points to his total at the stripe as he knocked down six free throws in eight attempts. Sticking with offense, three of Enoch’s four rebounds came on the offensive glass, showing the big man’s persistence on that end. He rounded out an eye-catching performance with two blocked shots. Enoch showed some potential in the loss, and fans should keep an eye on him.

With Mamadi Diakite being ejected after playing just under 12 minutes, both Mamukelashvili and Enoch earned some extra time. Both took advantage of the opportunity, showing positive signs in the team’s loss. Keep an eye on these two moving forward to see if they can keep these stellar efforts consistent.
