Question No. 3 – How refreshed are Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday leading up to 2021-22 training camp with the Milwaukee Bucks?

After the Bucks won the title, one would think that their players might want to kick their feet up and just take it all in for a moment.

Well, that was certainly not the case for Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday, who hopped on a plane shortly after the NBA Finals to participate with Team USA in the Tokyo Olympics. Their pair added some extra miles to their legs during that trip as they helped the squad take home the gold medal, and although it is undeniably a great achievement to take home both a title and gold medal in a short span, the question remains how the tandem will hold up in what was already a condensed offseason for the NBA.

To be clear, it is not like Middleton and Holiday are as old as the hills or anything. Middleton is 30 and Holiday is 31, but they still need their rest as they prepare for an 82 game season, in addition to what will hopefully be another deep playoff run. The Bucks want everyone back up to par before the season begins, and there could realistically be some fatigue with both Middleton and Holiday after such an eventful summer.
