As always, Bradley Beal torches the Milwaukee Bucks

For whatever reason, Bradley Beal catches fire whenever he steps on the court against the Bucks. He averaged an incredible 51 points across two contests versus them during the 2019-20 season, and 39.5 points during two games last season. Taking a look at those wild numbers, it seems very obvious that the champs would have to emphasize slowing him down to have a shot in this game.

Ultimately, the Bucks could not contain Beal as he had another impressive game by finishing with 30 points on 14-of-22 (63.6 percent) shooting, including 2-of-3 (66.7 percent) from deep. Beal is among the most prolific scorers in the league today, and it showed as he torched the Bucks on an endless number of possessions last night as they tried to stage a comeback. They tried to stop the guard’s scoring barrage by putting Jrue Holiday on him, but to no avail.

Beal made things all the more challenging as he showed off his facilitating prowess by dishing out eight assists in addition to his 30 points. His teammates were feasting off the passes as it was far from a one-man show, with Kyle Kuzma and Montrezl Harrell finishing with 30 points each, while Daniel Gafford had 11 total. Beal’s eight assist performance tied a season-high as he clocked in a solid all-around effort on the offensive end, excluding his six turnovers. Considering the Wizards got the win, it is safe to say that no one is paying attention to those.

Beal’s grudge against the Bucks persisted last night as he paved the way in handing the champs their sixth loss of the season.
