The Milwaukee Bucks looked great offensively in the win over Denver Nuggets

Milwaukee’s offense has been hit or miss to start the year, largely because they have been hit by an array of injuries. The group has looked fantastic when Antetokounmpo, Middleton, and Holiday all play, as they improved to 8-0 on the year when those three suit up simultaneously. These three have helped the Bucks find some success on the offensive end, which was the case last night up in Denver.

The Bucks shot a scorching 63 percent from the field, including 48.5 percent from 3-point range, in last night’s meeting with the Nuggets. Antetokounmpo paved the way for the offense by scoring a team-high 24 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the floor, including 1-of-1 from deep. As usual, he was extremely efficient on the night, but the Greek Freak’s facilitating was also on full display. The two-time MVP dished out seven assists on the night, finding ways to get his teammates involved.

Holiday was also efficient from the field as he shot 7-of-10 en route to scoring 16 points. Two of those misses came from long distance, signaling that the guard was in attack mode all night from inside the arc. When he was not scoring, Holiday was looking for his teammates as he handed out six assists. Middleton was not as efficient as these two as he shot just 5-of-11 overall, but it was his passing that truly stood out as he handed out seven assists.

Grayson Allen clocked in another efficient outing as he tallied 10 points, Jordan Nwora was great off the bench with eight points on 60 percent shooting, and even Rodney Hood got in on it as he chipped in six points on 3-of-3 shooting. However, the Buck that truly helped keep the wheels turning on the offensive end was Pat Connaughton, who is playing incredible basketball this year.
