Giannis Antetokounmpo delivers yet another masterful performance for the Milwaukee Bucks

There is nothing to say about Giannis Antetokounmpo that has not already been said. He is just a sheer freak of nature, which he continues to show on a nightly basis. This was undeniably the case as the Greek Freak simply took over for the Bucks in last night’s matchup, delivering one of his top performances of the season in the win over the Rockets.

Antetokounmpo looked like a man on a mission versus Houston as he scored 41 points on a highly efficient 15-of-19 shooting. Two of those misses came from long distance as Antetokounmpo did his part to keep the defense guessing, but when he took it to the rim, the Rockets had no answer to his onslaught. When they did happen to stop him from scoring, it often resulted in a trip to the free throw line for Antetokounmpo, where he shot 10-of-14 on the night. The most memorable moment of the night came late after Jrue Holiday came up with a steal and lobbed it up for a dunk from Antetokounmpo, which brought back welcoming flashbacks from Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

In addition to his prolific scoring outburst, Antetokounmpo proved to be a force on the glass as he pulled down 17 rebounds. Houston just did not have the personnel to battle him down low for the boards. He also dished out five assists and snatched five steals, but perhaps the most significant stat from the night were his two blocked shots as Antetokounmpo passed Alton Lister for first on the Bucks all-time leaderboard in blocks. The Greek Freak is now alone on the mountain top in that department, and he had a pair of memorable ones last night to help him get there.

Also, he did all of this in under 37 minutes, which is unbelievable. He is not human at this point.
