The Milwaukee Bucks need to cut down on their turnovers

Turnovers are a problem for every single NBA team. The Bucks are victims of the turnover at times, and it can stall their offense. The numbers don’t do as good of a job painting the picture compared to the 3-point numbers, but this could be a problem come playoff time.

Turnovers cause discombobulation on both ends, and they are not the recipe to win an NBA title. As I said, the numbers don’t make Milwaukee look so terrible when it comes to turnovers. The Bucks are 12th in the league in turnovers per game at 13.6 a night, so they fall in the better half of the league.

Watching Milwaukee often, the way turnovers affect them is in strings. Committing multiple turnovers in a short span is something Milwaukee has shown they are not afraid to do. Part of becoming a more organized team on the offensive end is improving defensively and making sure you have the right players on the floor.

Shortening the rotation and decreasing the amount of 3pt shots they allow will go hand and hand with helping Milwaukee clean up their momentary bursts of turnovers.
