Milwaukee Bucks Draft Scouting Report: Jalen Williams – Outlook

Jalen Williams is an incredibly intriguing pick because of his length and everything he can do offensively. For the Bucks, he could be another ball handler that they need and run the offense a bit, but he can also be a lethal shooter on the perimeter to put around Giannis.

Really the only drawback to drafting Williams is that he may not be able to reach his full upside because he doesn’t have a lot of burst, and he could struggle a bit defensively early in his career. But there is still a chance he can make up for his lack of quickness with his insane length.

Jalen Williams is my ideal pick for the Bucks if he is available with the 24th pick. It’s incredibly hard to find a player with his size and offensive abilities late in the first round. He fills their needs well, has a high floor with his shooting and playmaking, and also could have a high ceiling with his shot creation and length. Let’s hope Williams is available when the Bucks are on the clock.
