The verdict on whether or not a Bryn Forbes reunion is worth pursuing for the Milwaukee Bucks

He may not be the flashiest name that hits the market this offseason, but Bryn Forbes at the very least will be worth looking at for the Milwaukee Bucks.

Milwaukee is a team that always will be in search of shooters to surround Antetokounmpo and Forbes definitely fits the mold. Had they had Forbes during the 2022 playoffs, I believe that they would’ve advanced further. Not because of what he would supply defensively, but because the team was in dire need of anybody that could make shots.

Forbes has had big games in the playoffs before, specifically in the first round of the 2021 playoffs against the Miami Heat. In the series, Forbes put together two games of 20+ points. He also managed to outscore Heat star Jimmy Butler over the 4 games.

The most memorable game of his Bucks tenure took place in Game 2 of that series. Forbes erupted for 11 first quarter points off the Bucks bench and 16 in the first half. He finished the game with 22 points on 8-for-12 shooting and 6-for-9 from three.

As for whether or not the Bucks should bring back Bryn Forbes, I wouldn’t entirely be against it. He’s had his moments and fits the constant need of shooters for Milwaukee. He was a player that Bucks fans will remember from the championship team, whether Milwaukee brings him back or not. He would fit right in with the other players from former teams that the Bucks have brought back recently.
