Milwaukee Bucks Draft Scouting Report: Justin Lewis – Outlook
Justin Lewis would be an interesting pick for the Milwaukee Bucks. He’s already comfortable in Wisconsin due to him playing at Marquette, but there are some other questions about him.
His tools fit exactly what Milwaukee should be looking for. The Bucks need to find a guy in the draft that can hit open shots and also defend the 3-4 positions. He has some questions on defense, but it could be a project that they think about.
The Bucks would likely lay off of him due to them wanting someone that can make an immediate impact, but who are they really going to get with their 24th pick? He would be the perfect option for the Bucks if they’re going to allow him to come in and play. The Bucks have had a tendency in the past on giving up on younger players rather quickly, which could once again be the case here.
Whatever the Bucks do at 24, they have to allow these players to grow. If they don’t have any plans on doing so, trading the pick should be the top option for them, even if most don’t agree with that. This is a huge decision for the Bucks and one that could be a major reason why they win another title next season.
