3 sharpshooting free agents to pursue for Milwaukee Bucks – 3. Gary Harris

Lastly, shooting guard Gary Harris should be a free agent target for the Milwaukee Bucks this offseason. Harris will enter unrestricted free agency after encouraging stints with Denver and Orlando and should garner a high level of interest around the league.

The 27-year-old sharpshooter averaged 11.1 points and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 38.4 percent from 3-point territory last season with the Magic. Gary Harris is a legitimate perimeter threat that can also hold his own on the defensive end.

Harris is someone that can still reach another level in his game and the Bucks could help unlock the best out of him within their offensive system that’s known for excellent spacing. The former Michigan State star could even compete with Grayson Allen for the starting spot in the backcourt alongside Jrue Holiday.

Milwaukee could offer Gary Harris the taxpayer mid-level exception since he’ll likely be seeking a deal in the range of $6-9 million per year. Harris would be an exciting addition to the Bucks as they seek a return to the summit of the NBA.
