3 Milwaukee Bucks currently having a big month of March – Jrue Holiday
I know. How can you put Jrue Holiday third on this list?
Well, simply, I expect Jrue Holiday to put up solid performances every game. With averages of 19.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 8.8 assists so far in March, with a 23-point performance against Orlando Magic on March 1 and a 26-point performance against the Philadelphia 76ers on March 4, when Holiday decides to be aggressive, he’s a dynamic offensive player.
Even with a tough performance on Thursday night against the Brooklyn Nets, in which he only took nine shots and scored 11 points, Holiday will make an impact on the defensive end in which he has that Brook Lopez effect of affecting a game defensively.
Holiday, with Middleton’s minutes’ restriction, has been the go-to guy at the end of games and has shown to be a clutch fourth quarter player as you saw in last night’s game against Golden State, which is something the Bucks will need at the end of games.
Holiday for the season is averaging 19.7 points, and he’s a player who can score but is also an underrated passer who like Joe Ingles has a wizard-like prowess with the basketball.
Holiday will need to have the offensive outputs he had at the start of the month if Milwaukee hopes to have success this month before the end of the regular season and the ramp-up for the postseason begins.
Tune in to see which of these Bucks players will step up in March.
