2. Phoenix Suns – Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Bradley Beal

The moment Kevin Durant joined the Phoenix Suns, they became title favorites for most before being eliminated by the eventual champion Denver Nuggets. As a duo, we have already seen how good Durant and Booker work. The two combined for plenty of points in the playoffs. Adding Bradley Beal gives the Suns even more firepower.

There are huge expectations for the Suns for this upcoming season, and rightly so. Questions will be asked of Beal as now he is the third option. Having only played in Washington, people are wondering whether he can live up to his hefty contract.

He has the talent and skills to do so but being a $46 million player and rising to over $50m and then higher, he has to produce the goods and help the Suns win that first title.

It will be interesting to see whether it is Booker or Beal who starts at point guard, but both can play it effectively and can run with the bench if needed. He now has the best teammates of his career and so should be given more looks and help provide the others with more looks.

There is huge pressure on the Suns to perform, as the talent is unbelievable. Only time will tell how they function as a trio.
